Some possible Physical symptoms are:
*your muscles feel tight
*your heart beats rapidly
*you have difficulty breathing
*you feel tightness or pain in your chest
*you feel queasy, nauseous, or dizzy
Some possible Emotional and Psychological symptoms:
*you fear losing control or going crazy
*you can’t concentrate or think clearly
*you feel confused
*you obsess over something
*you feel hopeless and helpless
Some possible Behavioral symptoms:
*you may avoid people or situations
*you can’t accomplish goals
*you can’t participate in leisure activities
*you develop rituals and/or compulsions
*you use alcohol and/or drugs to cope
When anxiety becomes chronic, it can be exhausting, and you could feel a sense of overall dis-ease, all the time. It’s hard to participate fully in life because the anxiety restricts you and makes your life small.
